parking 101

Apparently, I didn't do so hot on my driver's ed test! So far the "friendly" Madison transportation department has taught me two new parking "tips" if you will. Just so you know, you can not park within 10 feet of a fire hydrant, and two, you can not park near a sign that has the bus numbers on it. I think if they don't want you to park somewhere they should make the curb yellow.... but maybe that's just small town me in a big city! Oh well, what can you do!
