Ogg-some times

Wow, I haven't written in a while... OOPS! Things have been going good around here at Ogg... we finish up our centralized training real soon, tomorrow I think actually. It has been going good. Mostly I'm just impressed at the ammount of information that I didn't have going into being a housefellow last semester and realizing that most of it is kind of helpful. I'm lucky to be on a very positive staff though that makes the training a little more fun and exciting. It's really been a lot of fun so far, I haven't had much time to sit and reflect on things however because we've been going for what seems like 24/7. We've had some fun events and things already, there are pictures below from a bonfire we had a picnic point with the resies on Saturday night.. it was beautiful scenery if anything! We've had residents moving in here since the 14th, so we've had movie nights and food events going on since. I'm kind of bummed though.. not so many residents on my floor. I feel kind of bad for the one girl who's been here the last week, she's my only resident so I always go to her door and pester her every single time I pass it! I think she finally got the idea that I was doing this and shut her door! Opps!
This weekend was pretty fun. I was basically thrown out of Ogg on Friday night by peer pressure to go out with a few ho-fo's. It was a great time and was good to get out of Ogg! BTW - "I like they way you're put together.." Haha. Good times. Saturday my mom came down and we got to hang out all day, I already miss her! She is just such a beautiful woman in my life (no she doesn't read this!) I am lucky to have her. Today was Jess's bday so we got to go out to the Nitty Gritty... got to see all my girls in one place for the last time in a while (well and their significant others!)... it was awesome to see everyone and to have a chance to chat about their married lives :) .
